With more than 35 years of hands-on experience managing, coaching and leading multi-cultural teams in power, industry and infrastructure, Jürgen has grown to appreciate the importance of a holistic leadership approach.
He mentors senior executives and young managers using this approach, combining energy, inspiration and synergy. Helping you grow as a person and as a leader.
He is currently serving as Managing Director Generation International Africa for ENGIE, and has figured within the top 10 most influential CEO’s in Oman.
